RETURNS OR EXCHANGES

DEADLINES AND CONDITIONS

All items must be returned in their original condition, free from signs of use, damage, stains, odors, or anything that would prevent them from being resold as new. Original packaging, labels, and all included accessories must also be returned.

You may request one free size or product exchange within 30 days of receiving your order. Shipping costs for any subsequent exchanges will be charged.

If you return your order within 7 days and request a refund, shipping costs will be applied.

DISCOUNTED PRODUCTS

Items purchased at a discount can be exchanged for:

  • Variants of the same product

  • Other products of equivalent value

  • A gift card equal to the amount paid

STEPS TO FOLLOW

  1. Complete the online exchange/return form to obtain your shipping label.

  2. Print and attach the label to your package.

  3. Drop off your package at the selected collection point.

  4. You have 3 calendar days from the start of the return to send your package. Make sure the cardboard box is sealed securely with adhesive tape.
