SHIPPING DETAIL
Step 1 – Order Processing:
We aim to prepare all orders received before 10:00 (WITA – Central Indonesia Time, UTC+8) on the next working day. Please note that during collection launches, Black Friday, and the holiday season, high demand over a short period may cause shipping delays.
Step 2 – Shipping & Tracking:
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking link. If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, the carrier will contact you to arrange a convenient delivery time.
Shipping Details by Region:

Indonesia: Shipping typically takes 3–7 business days. Customs duties and local taxes may apply, which are the responsibility of the buyer.

Asia (excluding Indonesia): Shipping times vary between 5–12 business days depending on the country. Additional import taxes or customs fees may apply, to be covered by the buyer.

Europe: Orders within the EU usually arrive within 15-20 business days. No additional customs fees apply for EU residents.

Americas (North & South America): Shipping generally takes 15-20 business days. Import taxes and customs fees may apply, which must be paid by the buyer. You will be informed of any fees via the tracking link.
