NON-SILVER JEWELRY

All non-silver jewelry is guaranteed for 1 year from the delivery date.

The warranty applies exclusively to items purchased directly from our website or in our stores, in their original condition, and not altered by external factors such as misuse, exposure to extreme conditions, natural wear, improper cleaning, or chemical interactions.

SILVER JEWELRY

All silver jewelry pieces are guaranteed for 2 years from the delivery date.

This extended warranty covers manufacturing defects in silver or gold items purchased directly from our website or stores, under the same conditions as the standard warranty.

The warranty does not cover:

• Surface changes due to natural aging of silver

• Improper storage or exposure to harsh chemicals

• Lost or stolen items

• Marks, scratches, notches, oxidation, discoloration, or natural deterioration over time
